By using ArchDesigns you get more than a set of plans.  In fact, you get a wealth of information to help you with your new Remodeling project.

What's included?

We have many packages available to suit everyone's needs.  All packages will meet the City of Houston's requirements to obtain building permits.  The type of package you will need is based on your project.

• Specification Package
  Some remodeling project only require a detailed specification booklet to acquire permits.  With the specification booklet you will receive two copies of ringed bound booklets with all of the details of your project for contractors to bid. No cost refunded if we build.
  Pricing $500.00
   
• Basic Design package
  The basic package includes a specification package with a detailed set of plans for the section of your home that is to be remodeled.  Examples are a bathroom or Kitchen.  No structural aspects involved in the remodel.  Fifty percent of cost refunded if ArchDesigns builds the project.
  Pricing $800.00 - $1,200.00
   
• Silver Design Package
  The silver package includes a specification package with a detailed set of plans for the sections to be remodeled and additions of your home that is to be added with structural details and approved by a Licensed Engineer.
  Pricing  $2,500.00 - $3,000.00
   
• Gold Package - Full Set
  The Gold package includes a specification package with a detailed set of plans for the entire property and additions of your home that is to be added with structural details and approved by a Licensed Engineer.  In addition, you will receive a Build contract with pricing from ArchDesigns to build the project.
  Pricing - 3,500 and up.  This is our most popular package with the average pricing of $4,000.00.

Site Supervision Package
ArchDesigns will site supervise your project no matter what company is building your project.  Pricing available on a per project basics and Clients needs.
 

An added bonus is that if you choose ArchDesigns to build the project 100% of your package price will be refunded back to you at signing of the contract unless otherwise noted above.

Additional Options:

• Gant Chart Scheduling is available for an added cost of $250.00 per package except for the Gold package which sells for $450.00.
• Acquire building permit for packages above. $450.00

SPECIAL NOTE:  If we do not build the project.  We can not allow our engineers to approve the plans due to assumed negligence of other contractors.  Your contractor must provide their own engineer if they build!  All engineering cost are included in builders contract price, not design agreement.  Average cost is $300.00 -$500.00.
